Weinstube “Landenberger” and “Goldener Hirsch” near Kaiserstrasse highly recommended. No tourism nub. Vino Vinum wine bar with Antipasti, too. “Nerobahn” in Wiesbaden and City, a little more distinguished, absolutely a highlight. Mainz, on the other hand, is very simple, but historical. Mainz card via tourist office is worth it. Don't miss Eltville
