View on Google MapsThe guide/company cancelled our tour 24 hours before it started (which we only saw 12 hours before), and ruined a day we had planned around the tour. My friends came to visit Frankfurt from North America, and unfortunately we had only a very short time together - in the middle of their visit, we had to sit down and start the research process over again. At the end, it turns out we wasted the day (but at least with good company, no thanks to them.) There were no explanation or alternatives; Just a middle finger and refund. Well good sir/madam: Take this returned middle finger in form of an honest review. Never again will your services be booked, and maybe this experience makes others think twice too. Beware, patrons.
