We ended up there with 2 other couples who were a lot of fun, and the instructor was great and had a lot of information about Spain in general, which was great as we were in Spain for the first time. The sangria was fantastic and strong, and we loved the cheese as well! Would definitely go back.
This was a great way to spend the early evening. We made two delicious sangrias. The white sangria was a real revelation! We also had four cheeses from Spain and a chance to sit and chat with our fellow visitors. Very enjoyable. Would recommend. And immense value for money too.

It was such a wonderful experience. The group was small and friendly, and the workshop walked us through each step and ingredient for making both white and red wine sangria. Dani, our guide, was so unbelievably sweet, making the experience interactive and asking us questions about the history of sangria and such. At the end, the cheeses were amazing, as Dani walked us through the unique nuances in each cheese and in cheese tasting in general. She also provided us with many recommendations for the best food, wine, and sights, among many more things. My dad and I went to this workshop and we had a fantastic time! The only thing I would suggest for anyone looking to book this is to do it at the beginning of your trip, as I only wish we had time to utilize the many recommendations before we left. Overall, wonderful experience, and Dani was absolutely amazing!
Absolutely amazing! Ivan is the best! Sangria was incredible. We made red and white. We also got all kinds of cheeses, fruit, bread and sweet treats. Well worth the money!
We truly enjoyed our host Miguel tonight. He is very special, knowledgeable and charismatic. We highly recommend this experience with Miguel. He gave us the opportunity to make the sangria from scratch and the selection of cheeses was amazing. What a truly amazing experience, thank you Miguel. 💜💙
We had an intimate sangria making class with Ivan who was a gracious and informative host. He showed us how to make two kinds of sangria, both distinct and delicious. We also tasted some of Spain’s yummy cheeses. This was a great way to spend a couple of hours in the busy city.
We really enjoyed it! Miguel attended us phenomenal, his knowledge and information very up to date. We laughed a lot with him and our friends and learned something new. Highly recommended!!

The workshop was so fun and Ivan was a great host! Loved the sangria and loved the cheese options. I would recommend a sign for guests to wait for the host- it was a bit confusing at first.
