Fun, hands on, feel like we could make churros at home now. Would recommend. It’s an individual, not a corporation or business and you cook in his kitchen. If you have the chance, do this (but don’t eat much beforehand).
BEST Churros & hot chocolate! After having Michel’s grandmother’s churros recipe, no other churros compare. He was very knowledgeable and gave awesome tips. So happy we took this class- I can make delicious churros & hot chocolate for my friends & family :)

An amazing experience. The host was so warm and welcoming. He was so passionate about this cooking class. It was an absolute highlight of our time in Madrid and couldn’t recommend it enough to anyone visiting
Michel was fabulous. He was early to meet us at designated location and then just 2 minute walk to his place. He gave us printed version of his wonderful recipe for absolutely yummy churros.
Host was warm and welcoming. It was a well paced class full of tips, tricks and fun stories. I can’t recommend this experience enough.

We had a great time with Michel! We have three kids, 10, 8 and 5, and they all got to be a part of making the churros and loved it! This was a perfect way to do a hands-on activity and Michel was so kind, informative and a great teacher! We definitely recommend.
So lovely! We had such a wonderful time with Michel learning to make his abuelita’s churro recipe! He was even kind enough to share that with us. I highly recommend this if you’re looking for something different to do during your stay!
The churro-making class with Michel was absolutely incredible from start to finish! From the moment we arrived, Michel was so warm and welcoming, and meeting his lovely mum was such a wonderful bonus. We had the most enjoyable evening in their beautiful family home, learning how to make delicious churros from scratch. It was such a thoughtful touch to receive a printed churro recipe card to take home — and we even got to take the leftover churros with us (not that there were many left!). Michel’s mum kindly took photos throughout the evening, which was such a lovely gesture — it means so much to have those memories captured. We truly had an amazing, friendly, and heartwarming experience, and we couldn’t recommend it highly enough. Thank you, Michel (and your lovely mum), for making us feel so welcome and at home.
