My mother and I recently travelled to Luoyang and participated in this 2 day private tour. Our guide was Lisa; she was a great guide and we had a wonderful time! A true local, she knew about the area and was very knowledgable. Her English was very good, and she was both personable and friendly. Both the meals and activities were excellent, and we were very happy with our experience! We would definitely recommend this tour and this company to all travellers. Additionally, there were (separate) issues with our hotel (not part of this tour!) and we needed assistance. Lenna generously provided advice and recommendations via telephone and email for no extra cost. The service was impeccable.
