We had a lovely tour with our guide Violetta. She showed us around the historical cultural sites of Lugano, as. Well as information about neighboring Italy. She was very knowledgeable and we learnt a lot from her about this beautiful place. She also gave us recommendations for restaurants, lake activities and areas for just walking and relaxing. We will definitely be back to Lugano to visit.
Lugano is beautiful and the quality of the people excellent. Good place to shop. The quality of all #1 products and their exceptional gastronomy. All very clean and organized. You're pretty sure.

I love Lugano. Every time I come it makes me feel at home. I love walking by the lake. Lugano is nice to visit that in winter than in summer.
Violetta is one of the most knowledgeable guides I’ve ever had. We toured Lugano one quiet Sunday morning and she made the city come alive for us. I highly recommend her and hope that our paths will cross again for a future tour in Italy.

Great tour of Lugano which showed us the best parts of the city including an excellent overview of the city and its history. Violetta was very well organised and ensured everything was set up beforehand. Highly recommended.
The tour with Violetta was a lot of fun. As a native German she speaks excellent German and of course excellent Italian as a "half-Italian". You can tell her love for this region. She also has excellent historical knowledge of architecture and culture. She takes her time and responds very individually to private needs. She also gave very good tips and - if necessary - takes the patience for questions and information beyond the booked time. It was a lot of fun and gave a good impression of Lugano.
