View on Google MapsChef Paulo is patient & humorous. His skills as a chef and teacher are extraordinary! His quiet sous chef was stealth. She anticipated his requests and assisted both the chef and students. The food we created was delicious! Each student in our group of 6 was encouraged to participate in hands-on learning. Overall, our experience was excellent. It has encouraged me to take cooking classes anytime we travel!
We were the only two people in the early class, which was special to us. We made appetizers, pasta, pork loin and cannatuccmi for dessert. Not only was the food excellent but the chef taught both of us things we didn't know. We really learned a lot new and we will take it home with us. The chef, the entire experience, were great. Would do it again but of course another menu.
I got into this class not knowing what to expect (it was my first cooking class ever) and can't stop raving about it. I never thought I would be able to prepare a 4-course delicious Italian feast. Thank you chef for all your tips. I'm going to prepare this dish at home with my gf. Definitely one of the highlights of my trip to Lucca.

This was truly the perfect class and def the highlight of our trip to Lucca. Every single dish on the menu was delicious (the highlight being the ravioli). 5/5 stars for sure!
We loved this class! Our favorite dishes were definitely the fresh tortellini and the pork loin. Our chef was very attentive and the venue was beautiful. We will definitely come back again.
We attended this cooking class during our stay in Lucca and it was a truly amazing experience. The menu featured classic Tuscan dishes starting with panzanella and two types of crostinione with chicken liver pâté and capers and the other with eggplant. We learned how to make fresh vegetable ravioli by hand served with a rich Lucchese meat ragù. The main course was a flavorful pork loin wrapped in pancetta with roasted potatoes and we ended with homemade cantuccini served with a glass of wine. The experience was warm relaxed and hands-on with plenty of guidance from our chef. A wonderful way to experience local culture through food
This class was a lot of fun and a great way to learn about Tuscan cooking. We made a full meal with panzanella, crostini with chicken liver pâté and eggplant topping, vegetable ravioli with meat ragù, pork loin with pancetta and roasted potatoes, and cantuccini for dessert. Our chef was friendly and made everyone feel comfortable in the kitchen. A great experience and a nice break from sightseeing in Lucca.
