Learning to weave bamboo is a very special experience that I recommend to everyone. The direct lesson of the expert weaver Souk brings you closer to weaving and with the interpreter Tou, I must say that the whole thing was very fun, unique and unforgettable. Not to be missed
What a lovely experience for our family. My kids and I booked a tea strainer basket weaving class. It was held at a beautiful retreat resort center on some quiet land that houses an eco farm. It was a small class and we had the instructor, as well as a nice guy named "Two" (sorry about spelling) who spoke English. We spent our time learning how to weave and cut, as well as talking about the different types of bamboo and other materials used. We also got to watch a woman in the river collect river weeds and we sampled some once we went back in to town. Once we finished the class, we were able to walk the grounds, play on a swing along the river, and admire the serenity outside the city. Great price at $25 USD for adults and even though we have not been shopping on our long trip because we travel light, we are taking home our souvenir tea strainers.

The guide was very helpful and informative The lady who was teaching the bamboo wheaving was very nice and she showed me how to do with knowledge
I went there a couple of days ago with my boyfriend to experience the traditional bamboo weaving. It was worth it and very interesting. The instructor is clearly a professional and very sweet lady. The place is so peaceful and relaxing. The view is also amazing. After the class, we had lunch at the restaurant. The food was delicious. I got to know that they grow most of the vegetables by themself and freshly use them at the restaurant. We both had a great time. Recommend for people who want to experience the new things :)
