Troodos Mountains Halloumi Making: All Inclusive Workshop & Tour

Such a fun experience! The halloumi making workshop was a lot of fun, and the brunch spread was VERY delicious! Getting to see the sheep and goats was also great. We had 4 other stops that day and all were really good, especially the donkeys and the olive tasting. Demi was a great tour guide as well! I will definitely recommend this tour to anyone visiting Cyprus!

The Halloumi Heaven tour was an absolute blast! The day started off making halloumi cheese which straight after was served for brunch. We even got halloumi cheese making certificates. The visit of a local bee farm, Lefkara and an olive farm made the day adventurous and exciting! The guide was so kind and charismastic. Couldn’t have booked a better tour. This tour is a must when coming to Cyprus.

A great experience in a fantastic area with so many nice stops. The tour brought us to beautiful places. Seeing and experiencing the Halloumi production first hand was a wonderful experience. Coupled with a ice wine tasting, a visit to an olive farm, the village of Lefkara and finally the donkey farm rounded up a memorable day.

Panikos was an excellent host- very knowledgeable and easy to listen to! We went to some fantastic places and activities including making our own halloumi, wine tasting and chocolate tasting, as well as a stop off in Omodos which was very picturesque. We really especially enjoyed eating the halloumi we had made earlier that day and the chocolatier who talked us through the process of crafting his artisan chocolate, with tasting examples! Would highly recommend this experience!

This was a full taste experience of the Cyprus cheese and other food cultures. It was a full and long day but not boring and lots of fun, like the cheese making and seeing the animals. Our experience tasting the freshly made Halloumi and Anari cheese was exceptional, the taste of the cheese can't be bought, if you don't buy it fresh from the farm. The bee-farm was very interesting and we learned a lot about our nature. The Donkey farm at the end was also very nice and if you don't think donkeys can be jealous then visit the donkey farm and check for yourself. Our guide Panico was informative, very nice and friendly and treated us as friends.

What a FANTASTIC day! From the minute Demi picked us up to when she dropped us off it was amazing! Halloumi Heaven was SO interactive it was amazing! Followed by the Bee Company and then the Olive Oil place was amazing and then the absolutely laugh at the Donkey Sanctuary was just hysterical! Fab day! Fab Host! Would highly recommend!!!

What an amazing day learning about halloumi and seeing how it is made. And making it. The family is so sweet. Best ingredient was love. Our guide was amazing!!! Thanks for a beautiful day!!

Most amazing day with so many things packed in. Our host Helena was wonderful. I highly recommend this trip. I am gluten free and the tour company totally accommodated it.
