View on Google MapsA perfectly organised day trip. Full credit to Steve and Ben for an enjoyable day for the bigger group. I was in a smaller group that had a fantastic walk around Dove Lake with Rob - definitely a great way to see it and because you a walking the whole way you see all of the different environments, including the small beaches and rainforest as well as the changing light on the mountains and lake. Not to mention a good way to get beyond the crowds on a busy sunny summer’s day. Rob’s really informed and interesting discussion on the plants, trees, mountains and history really added an extra dimension. First rate!
Fabulous day tour. Informative and fun. Food was great. Excellent value for money. Hotel pick up was so easy. The walks were perfect for us with a moderate level of fitness. Scenery incredible. Booking process easy. Steve and Ronnie were so obliging to help my partner spring a surprise marriage proposal at Dove Lake on my birthday! They took great photos! Thanks McDermott's for making our day so memorable.
This was a lovely walk through spectacular countryside accompanied by an absolutely tremendous guide (Andy). Nothing was too much trouble and Andy oozed enthusiasm. Absolutely 10 out of 10!

Mi sono affidato alla McDermott's Coaches per organizzare la visita in uno dei tanti circuiti all'interno del Parco, un anello da Waldheim Chalet al Dove Lake via Marion's Lookout. Ho chiesto una guida privata, e questa è stata all'altezza della situazione. In particolare Rita ha una grande preparazione sulla flora e sulla fauna del Parco, è un piacere farsi guidare lungo i ripidi sentieri e gli innumerevoli laghetti. E' un'esperienza da raccomandare, una guida riesce a trovare degli aspetti che probabilmente mi sarebbero sfuggiti, ho potuto apprezzare pienamente le bellezze del Parco. Da raccomandare assolutamente. Ho partecipato anche ad un'escursione serale / notturna, ma in questo caso sono rimasto piuttosto deluso perché la maggior parte del tempo siamo rimasti sul pulmino, l'escursione a piedi è stata troppo breve.
