It was most relaxing and he has great knowledge of releasing trigger points, breathing techniques and deep tissue massage. Overall an fantastic treatment. I would highly recommend him and will continue to have regular treatments. The treatment has assisted with better sleeping and an overall feeling of well being.

I received a massage with Filipe, a Qigong master and also a massager, and I was truly surprised.
