Marie was entertaining, informative, and kept us all moving and eating. The restaurants we visited provided yummy bites, and by the end of the tour we couldn't eat any more.
We did the morning Cajun food tour this weekend and absolutely loved it! The tour included five different stops, and even though we live only about an hour away and have spent a lot of time in the area, we were pleasantly surprised by several places we had never visited before. Every stop offered something unique and delicious, and we truly enjoyed the opportunity to try new foods. One highlight was discovering amazing premade meat products at a local grocery store that we had never tasted before — we’ll definitely be going back for more. It was such a fun and well-organized experience, and we’re already looking forward to booking another tour in the future!

We have done many food tours around the world - but none in our hometown. We have been wanting to do the Cajun Food Tour and finally had an opportunity. Our group loved this Tour so much and Marie did a wonderful job. We will definitely do it again. I’ve lived in Louisiana all of my life, but this was such a great experience. I find food tours are a great way to get to know the culture of a place. I'll even do a food tour on my return to a foodie town... like I did in Lafayette, Louisiana. Marie was a school teacher, so she knows her Cajun food history...and more. You get the full deal on her tours. The shuttle bus she's decorated is like your own VIP party bus, and she treats you like Mardi Gras royalty! Yes, you'll meet new friends along the way!
This Food Tour was absolutely the BEST! Everything was on time, easy, fun, delicious and delightful! Our tour guide, Jay, treated us to great history and funny tidbits about the food and the restaurants we visited! I definitely recommend this to tourists and residents alike! Allon Manger, Y’all !
Very good time discovering with family, varied products, nice truck, city tour and Jay is great, not only he speaks French but he shares us lots of anecdotes.
Awesome trip! A must do. The guide (Marie) is very knowledgeable about the history and traditions of the Cajun people and culture and the selected food stops are superb. Not chain restaurants but the real traditional places where the locals go. Will book again in the future.
