Best One Day Florence and Pisa Tour from your Cruise Ship

The service was decent and fairly well organized. The day proceeded steadily with accurate timing. Nothing outstanding or bad, just a good, well managed tour.

Certain areas in Florence and Piss were extremely crowded, particularly in the vicinity of well known locations like galleries and the main squares. It does get a bit tiring when there are too many people, somehow we didn't lose our energy and still able to enjoy they day. Logistics were handed fine, we didn't feel lost at any stage. Nevertheless, there is room for improvement in the schedule, particularly at the busiest stops.

This tour was very well planned, with Gabriella giving us interesting context to the grand monuments in Florence and Pisa, complete with annotations and even visuals from her file.
