View on Google MapsWonderful experience. Adonis was my tour guide and Jorge was my driver. They were both very friendly, and made the trip comfortable. Adonis is very knowledgeable and a pleasure to talk to. Thank you for showing me your city. I saw a lot, learned a lot, had fun and enjoyed the lunch recommendation. I would recommend this experience
Our guide Adonis and our driver Vitelio were excellent!! It was an enriching experience, as well as knowing and learning more about El Salvador, we were fortunate to enjoy a day of laughter, good vibe, kindness and much knowledge. Adonis is a very polite boy who demonstrates security in the information he transmits, is patient and answers questions from tourists. As a family we feel pleased, 100% recommended.
I want to start off by saying my rating is based on the experience of what was advertised versus what I received. I would like to highlight the positive aspects of the day. Adonis, tour guide, was knowledgeable and kind. He made sure I was ok the entire day. He really knows his stuff. The driver, George was friendly! I was contacted the day before the tour by a representative named Mayra. She confirmed my reservation and reminded me that pick up was at 8:30 a.m. At 8:24 a.m, Adonis messaged me saying I would be pick me up at 9 a.m. not 8:30 a.m. Not a big deal so I left the hotel lobby to sit in my hotel room for 30 more minutes. Adonis and George arrived to pick me up at 9 a.m. To my surprise, I ended up being the only one on the tour. I was informed there was supposed to be others on the tour but due to circumstances out of their control I would be solo with Adonis. The first stop of day was Parque Nacional El Boquerón. Once we arrived George left to check on the other participants. The park was nice and provided beautiful views. Adonis gave a great history lesson of the area. We ended up staying at the park for about 3 hours. When George arrived we were informed that the other tour was not coming. By this time it was 1 p.m.; time for lunch. We left the park to have lunch at El Centro Histórico de San Salvador. After lunch, Adonis gave me a tour of the historic district. After the tour of the historic district George and Adonis dropped me back off at my hotel. The title of the tour is , “ Full day | San Salvador City Tour Boquerón Park and Rainbow Slide”. We did not visit the slide. The slide was the reason main reason I selected that tour. To my knowledge there are two of these slide in the area and I did not want to go to the further location; hints why I chose this particular tour. Also advertised was stroll through Santa Tecla. That did not happen. I only recommend because Adonis and George are nice individuals. I would have loved to visit the other places.
Great tour, very professional from start to finish. Miguel and driver Jorge were both very friendly, attentive, and helpful throughout the day. They were super friendly and took us around the city to multiple sights of interest. You get a good sense of downtown San Salvador with this tour, plus you get to visit the Boqueron Park and the cool slide. Lunch was delicious too. Very good tour. Highly recommend for anyone visiting El Salvador/San Salvador for the first time.
This was a really great way to spend a day in San Salvador. The first half of the day we went to the Boqueron for a mini hike and great views of the crater and San Salvador below. We then went to Picnic (not on a picnic as I had originally thought 😅) which is like a mini amusement park; there is a rainbow slide there that is great to do to bring out your inner child. (If that’s not your thing, don’t worry as we were only there for like 30 minutes.) Then we went to a delish lunch at this local marketplace. After lunch was all about historic San Salvador where we saw some fascinating churches, beautiful plazas, and learned some history. Our guide, Alfredo, was excellent. Self-taught English, impressive! He did a great job juggling the group in the afternoon. There were only four of us but we had a couple folks who weren’t the best walkers and he did his best trying to keep us all together. Highly recommend this tour if you want to do a bunch in San Salvador in one day!
The best city tour by far will definitely recommend to my friends and family when they come vist this beautiful country love it
Excellent Service and communication with guides. Very friendly and flexible with the times. Thank you very much to Adonis who took us to meet.
We were very surprised at everything that El Salvador has advanced, our guide Alfredo Díaz very much watching for details and telling us all the stories behind what we were seeing.
It was a wonderful experience got see a lot of beautiful views of San Salvador definitely recommend if you plan on coming over here
I had a fantastic experience! The tour was not only well organized but also incredibly informative and entertaining. A very special thank you goes to our guide Alfredo Diaz – his passion, knowledge, and sense of humor truly made the tour something special. It was clear from the start that he loves what he does. I can highly recommend this tour – especially with Alfredo!
