It’s really only 15 minutes. It’s very easy and comfortable. I felt safe which is big traveling on water. I have no complaints.

Viator is great with communication for the ferries. Ferries from the mainland and onward are a great option here.
We booked online for the ferry plus return transfers from our hotel, as this option was cheaper than arranging a separate taxi. It was a great service! The driver arrived promptly in a small bus to pick us up from our hotel and we stopped at just one other hotel en-route to the port. We took the 9am ferry to La Digue so that we got to the island early before the full crowds arrive later in the morning. We didn't need to print off tickets, just show your booking documents on your phone at the ticket desk at the port and they issue a ticket. Ferry departed on time and was only a 15 minute journey across.
Nice small ferry from Praslin to La Digue island and service was hassle free. Luggage checking was smooth. Nice staff members.
Short journey of about a quarter of an hour with various departures throughout the day. Round trip price for 4 people scr 1550. The ferry is large and comfortable with both outdoor and indoor seating (with air conditioning).
New boat, clean. Caught 4 times between Praslin and La Digue. Very punctual. Only problem the ticket office on the ground, very slow
The hand written pass which was provided to me mentioned that I'm travelling from La digue to Praslin but I have booked a ticket from Praslin to La digue, although ticket counter people helped me that but I have to struggle for it and ferry was about to leave.
