Nature Beauty, Backwater of Kerala Tour. Through Shakta Travel I took this tour in the beginning of November 2025. It was my first time to Kerala, and I felt like this tour was a really good introduction to the area. It was great to have the same driver for the entire trip from airport pick up to drop off. My driver, Noufel, was an amazing driver and always helpful and cheerful. I enjoyed seeing Fort Kochi with the guide and even getting to meet a local artist who was working on a temple mural. Munnar was definitely my favorite area of the tour and I was glad to have two nights there. Ram, my guide at Lockhart tea, grew up there and was so knowledgeable about the industry and history of tea. It was misty in the National Park and I felt like I was going into the clouds. Amazingly, even in the mist I was able to see three of the Nigiri Tahr goats. My events in Thekkady and Alleppey were also wonderful. Every day had its own magic. It was really wonderful to have a tour with flexibility to spend more or less time at something instead of rushing around trying to include everything without time to savor the experience. I really felt it was a perfect tour for me. The team at Shakta Travels did a great job choosing hotels and guides for me and consistently communicated with me throughout my travels. I highly recommend!

It was a wonderful trip to Kerala we travelled from Abroad to Kerala directly.
