Hands On Pottery Workshop in Arima Onsen

We had a lovely time. The teacher was patient and very helpful. We created 3 things each which was more than expected. We would highly recommend the experience and we cannot wait to see the final products.

This experience was amazing. This is a must. Tanaka was the best teacher! He made throwing a bowl or cup so easy and fun. The studio is beautiful and a walk around Arima Onsen after class is stunning. If you are in the town please visit his studio.

It was a great experience. I learned a lot about pottery and the art behind it. The house where the workshop is in is super beautiful and the craft itself almost like meditation. I’m super happy to have been part of this experience. I have great memories from it. The workshop is in a beautiful little village with a natural hot spring.
