Small-Group Road to Hana Adventure Tour with Pickup & Lunch

Best way to see the sights on the road to Hana, yes you can drive it, but as a driver, you have almost no chance to catch the great scenery, the tight twisting road demands full attention. Riding with a seasoned guide and driver allows you to take in all the sights, plus the knowledge of the area the driver provides is like a mini history lesson of how the island evolved over the last 150 years

It's worth to Experience the black sand beach. However the road to Hana has too many turns (617 turns per the tour guide Jeff). If you are sitting in the last row of the shuttle you will be rocked from the beginning till the end of the trip. Not recommende for people who has motion sickness.

Today was my 30th birthday on the day of the tour and we were blessed to have Lepa as our tour guide ! She was so fun to learn from and hear about her experiences growing up near and around Hana. Despite some people being late showing up in the morning, and also some people being late returning from some of the attractions, Lepa made sure to get us to all the fun destinations and even more cute roadside shops! I’m so grateful I chose my 30th birthday on the road to Hana and I’m so even more grateful that we ended up with Lepa! If you take Dramamine, I think you will survive the twist and turns. 🤙😉

It was so easy to sit back with a great group of co-passengers and let Christy do the driving. Fun tunes to accompany our trip, historical data to enhance our understanding, and descriptions of the flora, fauna, and trees made this the perfect experience.

Long, winding road with many sharp turns. Beautiful scenery and views along the way. Frequent stops but minimal rest rooms.

The road to Hana as a destination was wonderful, the nature was breathtaking nothing like we've ever seen before. The tour itself left a lot to be desired, we were disappointed that it did not stop at all the destinations listed, we skipped at least 3 stops. Tour details says to ask your driver to stop! But with no internet connection I couldn't check what was next and what it is that was being skipped. There was absolutely no hiking which I would have wished to do( except for few steps up and down at a beach stop). The driver was good at maneuvering the rough road, info provided during the trip was just ok . They do offer a great packed breakfast and lunch but the picnic area we ate at was a park with very dirty stalls I would’ve rathered somewhere else even if we had to pay for lunch. So pick another tour that takes you to all the spots they say they would and not ones you’ve have to request from driver, that was misleading.

Fun to travel to the sites without having to worry about the driving, it may take most of your day but worth it
