Private Road to Hana Rainforest & Waterfall Experience from Maui

Great scenery and our guide (Anthony) was very informative and helpful. We had plenty of time for pictures and breaks. Just a heads up that a couple people in our group experienced motion sickness. Taking some Dramamine and ginger root helped. The car motion while covering the switchbacks can induce inertial confusion particularly from the back seats. Sit further up front and with access to fresh air/breeze if your vulnerable.

Anthony was the most excellent guide. We saw so much-waterfalls, turtles, black beach, spectacular views, chocolate making, fruit trees-and learned so much about the islands, and truly had a fun-filled day without worrying about the driving. Would highly recommend the private tour, as it gives more flexibility to make it the best day on Maui!

The Road to Hana tour was entertaining and so informational BUT what made the trip was the amazing guid that we had. Maluhia was not just friendly but by the end of the trip felt like a part of the family, so much so my son started calling her auntie halfway through the tour. The passion and love that she had for the island and the rich history that ran through every inch of the soil was seen far beyond expectations. We were so blessed to be paired with her and we can’t wait to see you next time auntie!

All I can say is “Wow”. Our driver, Jason, was amazing - really helped us appreciate the tour. He helped us understand the culture and history of the area. His experience doing this tour helped him focus the tour on what we were really looking to do. Couldn’t recommend this tour company more - we used them twice while visiting Hawaii.

Had an amazing time with our driver Dell on the road to Hana tour. He was informative, funny and the most important the best driver. We stopped off many times for photos, snacks, beach, lunch turtles and waterfalls. Once we returned he even sent out an email about other site seeing places to do along our journey. If we were visiting Maui again we would definitely give them a call for another tour.
