We had a fantastic day on the All-in-One Hamburg Shore Excursion from Kiel! The itinerary was well organized and covered all the city’s highlights, including the historic harbor, City Hall, Elbphilharmonie, and charming old quarters. Our guide was friendly, knowledgeable, and gave us plenty of time for photos and breaks. Everything ran smoothly and on schedule. Highly recommended for cruise passengers!

Our English tour guide at Hamburg was Brent who is terrific! He is knowledgeable and humorous, he explained the landmarks, district and related stories clearly. Added bonus is that he grew up in California and has lived in Germany, he is familiar with US culture as well, making the tour easier for us.

The tour was well organized, as the driver picked us up at the cruise ship terminal in Kiel and drove us to Hamburg, where we picked up the tour guide, Brent. Brent was informative, patient and made the day interesting. The pace of the tour was very good. We enjoyed seeing the highlights of the city, and the free time was welcome for tasting some of Hamburg's food, German beer (at a huge beer hall recommended by Brent) and shopping for souvenirs. So the tour passed with flying colors! I have a suggestion and a complaint though. First, we did not know when Brent was leaving the tour in Hamburg, as both we and other couples had intended to tip him. But one minute he was there and the next he was gone... Regarding my complaint, the bus driver had smoked cigarettes inside the bus before picking up the group, and the smoke and odor were evident when we boarded. Several passengers had to get off the bus to get some air and others commented that they could not breathe.
Brent was a knowledgeable, engaging, attentive, passionate, and entertaining guide. I highly recommend this tour and specifically him.
Bus Driver should get extra credit because of an accident, he had to figure out an alternate route to get us back to our cruise ship. His English was good and he communicated the reason for delay and communication with the ship. He saved the day

Matt was an Awesome tour guide, very knowledgeable about the history of Hamburg. We also got turned around and lost the group amount other groups passing each other. We contacted the service and Matt came back to get us. Thanks Matt!!
