View on Google MapsPicking up from the cruise ship went without a problem. On the Dhau we had plenty of space. Besides our group of 8, there were two couples on board. Nice tour, much seen (also dolphins). Good supply of drinks, fresh fruit and an egg at home lunch. Two swimming breaks... temporary shower facilities and towels were also available. Good service on board. See recommended!
An excellent great value service. Wonderful selection of food for the buffet lunch. Kind, helpful and very knowledgeable guys who go over and above to ensure customers are safe and have an enjoyable experience. Don’t hesitate to book up for this trip it’s great fun and tons better than anything the cruise ship companies offer plus you are collected and returned to the cruise port in good time. First class experience please support these guys.
It was a great boat trip. We were very pleased and glad to return. We saw dolphins, enjoyed the scenery. The hospitality was great too.

We went on a snorkeling trip and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. The crew took excellent care of us the entire time. We always had drinks available — water, cola, and juices — as well as fresh fruit. We even got to see the dolphins that were promised, and the snorkeling spots were truly breathtaking. The lunch was delicious and very well prepared. Both captains were extremely friendly and clearly very experienced. Compliments also to the transfer organization: we were picked up from the harbor right on time and brought back after the trip without any issues. The organizer even approached me personally after the tour, which I really appreciated — another compliment to him as well. I would absolutely recommend this experience to anyone wanting to enjoy something truly special in Khasab. 5/5 stars!
We took the classic one day dhow trip to the fjord ( like we had done many years ago) and had a great day overall, with friendly hosting team on board. Khasab and neighbourhood have stayed relatively preserved and it’ a great escape from Dubai agitation. Many thanks for your hospitality.
We (my adult daughter and I) did the overnight private cruise followed by the full day. We started at 4.30 pm, did fishing at sunset, then swimming and sleeping under the stars - pure magic! The following day, we saw the dolphins and did multiple activities: hiking, kayaking and a lot of nice snorkeling with many fishes and corals - and a big sea turtle too! The dhow was clean, they had towels, mattresses with clean sheets and blankets. The food was good. And our guide (J) and our captain were always ready to help. Note: we drove ourselves from Dubai
Very friendly guide and driver who provided us wonderfully with drinks, fruit and lunch (lunch was handed to us warmly by a small boat of a local). Driven many extra laps to see dolphins. A beautiful experience!
We chose the full-day dhow cruise with Ahlam Musandam, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience! The booking process and communication prior to the day was excellent and gave us comfort that we had chosen the right tour group. I was looking for somewhere to take my parents who were visiting outside of Dubai where we could relax and enjoy some nature and scenery. This trip provided exactly that and was only a 3 hour drive from Dubai. We enjoyed beautiful scenery, dolphins swimming alongside the boat and some nice clear waters to swim in. The crew kept us well fed and watered the entire duration and and were very attentive. Would definitely come back and perhaps try the night tour!
We had such an amazing day on this tour! Everything was perfectly organized and the crew was incredibly supportive from the very beginning. They helped us with all the customs documents and guided us through the entire process smoothly, staying with us until the very end. The experience on the dhow was beautiful — stunning views, relaxing atmosphere, friendly team, and great hospitality. Truly one of the best day trips we’ve had!
