We had an amazing time on our tour with Hans!! He knew exactly where to take us so we could see parts of Ketchikan that we would have missed otherwise! Tide pooling, bears, totem poles, rainforest and waterfall! He was so knowledgeable and we learned so much about Ketchikan and the culture. Would highly recommend!!

Hans provided an awesome tour of the Ketchikan area. As a guide, he was very knowledgeable about the local area, history and wildlife, and also a lot fun- an important combination so we could both learn and laugh! Everyone from college aged kids to 80 had fun. He was very flexible and customized the stops based on our interests. We loved the waterfall hike.

The best tour we have ever had, Bianca made us an unforgettable experience, travel with my husband and my 4 children aged 12, 9, 8 and 7 and tell me it is the best tour we have ever had! Bianca took us to know very interesting things about Ketchican with a lot of patience with the children, I tried everything to get us to see a bear and she got it! Definitely 100% recommended! Bianca picked us up at Ketchikan port and drove us in the van. She was knowledgeable, friendly, and patient with our large group of 11 people (aged 2 to 76 years). She tweaked the itinerary to suit our interests. My 9 yo especially enjoyed her company. Thanks for introducing us to wild salmon berries.

Hans and Bianca were amazing! We were a party of 18. They arrived to get us with two vans. We had a lot of young kids and they were fabulous with engaging them, keeping them entertained, helping us keep track of them all and making them laugh! This was our favorite tour out of all the ones we did on our cruise. They tailored it to us as we went. Absolutely amazing!

Wow! Hans was our tour guide and if I could give him 10 stars I would. He met us as soon as we stepped off the ship with a smile and lots of enthusiasm. He was friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and so engaging with our kids. We had 9 people total (4 adults, and kids aged 19, 17, 13, 12 and 5). Everyone had a blast. We started the day by exploring sea life like starfish, mussels, crabs, eagles, and more. Next we went to a beautiful waterfall and hiked all the way to the top with his help and direction. Next we headed over to find a bear, which we did! Hans was all eyes and ears trying to make sure we got to see one. We also toured the totem poles and Hans told us all the stories and history. I didn’t think this stop would be interesting to my kids, but he was so excited about the history that the kids loved it! This was by far our favorite day in Alaska. Thank you for a once in a lifetime experience.

Hans was an amazing guide of Ketchikan! He took us to see the tide pools and was great at pointing out all the sea life to our kids. He made sure we had a chance to see bears and guided us to the top of the waterfall. I'd highly recommend this tour!
