Had a fantastic day canoeing with John down the River Eden. Stunning scenery and lots of fun down the rapids! Highly recommend.
Family of 4 with a 16yo and 14yo. We were in a group of six which was great for us. We had a fantastic day with John - paddling fairly leisurely across Derwent Water. Lovely location for a spot of lunch before heading off down River Derwent which was great fun. Out into Brassenthwaite lake. It got a little choppy here so had to put a bit more effort in! Great for a family who likes being out and about but not into extreme sports. John was a great teacher, very experienced and really easy to get on with. Trip was planned to perfection - John really knows what's he's doing.

Great day out kayaking across dewent water and bassenthwaite lake. It's a lovely day out and worth every penny.
I had a fantastic day with my 10 year old son and our instructor Tom. He was really friendly and helpful. We both loved canoeing down the river Derwent with its mini 'rapids' and had a lot of fun on our 13km trip. Highly recommended.
We had a great day canoeing on the lake and up the river. John had all the required equipment and had loads of cool stories about the local areas that we canoed through & a tonne of recommendations of things to do and see in the area! A really fun and relaxed day, with great company, thanks John! Oh and an added bonus of John taking some great non posed pics! 100% would recommend!
From booking to completing our family canoe trip, mobile adventure were very efficient and offered help and advise. Our tour guide was professional whilst still being good fun.
