We experienced so many incredible moments — flying to Everest by helicopter, tasting delicious Nepalese food, exploring stunning temples in Kathmandu, and relaxing in Pokhara with breathtaking Himalayan views. I traveled to Kathmandu for a conference and visited the World Heritage sites, but the most impressive sightseeing was the early morning mountain flight at 5:15 to see the Himalayas.
