From the very first moment I contacted Mr Hai on WhatsApp, I was very impressed. We had a custom itinerary planned with 8 stops, and we needed a car and driver for the day. Mr Hai immediately understood what we needed, replied promptly to all of my questions, and was very easy to communicate with. We went ahead and booked him for the following day, and we were so glad we did. He speaks very good English, his car is new and immaculate and he is very helpful. He was ready and waiting to pick us up as soon as we left each stop, and he made sure the entire day went smoothly. He's also a very nice guy and he was able to tell us a bit about the history, as well as giving us some tips and input on other things to do in Hue. We had a perfect experience. Please don't bother looking anywhere else - if you need a car and driver in Hue, Mr Hai is your man! :)

Hai was recommended by a hotel in Hoi An we (family of 4) stayed in to transfer to a hotel in Hue. One family member became quite sick during the transfer and Hai was kind and very helpful to divert to nearest A&E, he waited for over 2hrs. Hai was patient, calm and professional as he drive with care so we did not hesitate to take us on a tour the next day around major attractions in Hue. Hight recommend Hai as he understands what it takes to travel and support our needs every step throughout - so fully recommend him on your next travel.

We had an excellent experience with Hai as our driver. He was very informative about the area and sites and even took us to a town along our journey known for producing handmade incense. He also provided two excellent dining recommendations. The tour was all around fantastic!

Mr Hai, our driver, collected us at our hotel and took us to 3 Tomb sites, and a Pagoda, as requested. His local history knowledge was a great help. A lovely half day out.

From the moment our driver (hai) turned up in a very clean car, on time and with a smile, you know you're going to have a good day. We opted for the 4 temple tour with spice stop, very informative, and very keen to answer all your questions (if he doesn't know, he will find out) time is not an issue as he will give as long as you want. This was a perfect day seeing all of the main sights in Hue. So interesting and Mr. Hai gave a lot of background during the car ride. He is an excellent driver and his English is also very good. Highly recommended!
