UNESCO's Himeji Castle and Kokoen Garden Guided Tour

This was a wonderful experience for our family. Julian was pleasant and helpful. The weather was rainy but he managed to make us feel at home and provided a great experience despite dealing with uncooperative weather. He was well informed about the castle and even provided us with some ghost stories about the castle grounds. He lead us around the castle in a way to avoid some of the larger crowds and accompanied us through the gardens in a way that was helpful and allowed us to see them all. He was professional and very personable. He spoke our language very well and translated for us effectively. We enjoyed our time with him and learned a great deal from him. We would recommend this tour to anyone.

Chiyuki was an excellent guide! Showed us all of Himeji Castle and the gardens plus key shopping stores. She even helped us find ginger ale at the mini market.

We had a private tour of the castle and our guide Rie showed us lots of fascinating details. She was very interesting, and really helpful too when our bus cards wouldn't work! We had a fabulous afternoon.
