View on Google MapsI am glad I found Bayberry Tours to travel with, extremely professional. Two months before my trip, Kiran from bayberry contacted me about training for this trip. It is very important that you get strong in your legs. Not a easy walk. A week before the trip, Kiran made a WhatsApp group, and we got the full run down of the 7 days. Valley of the flowers was my best day, the walk in is breathtaking. Home stay in Joshimath, my view from my room got 1.3 likes on fb. We were so well looked after, I would love to go back and stay there again. What made my experience so amazing was my guide Bhuvnesh, without him I do not think I would of made it, I would of got a mule down, when I got altitude sickness, he knew how to get me well again, and got me down by my own two feet. I was a sole traveller, single white female, I got a lot of attention, any time I felt a bit overwhelmed, I would look for my guide Bhuvnesh and he was always there, which allowed me to relax and let my guard down, and enjoy my surroundings I knew I was safe with him.
I visited Thirthan Valley based on Sachin's advice and enjoyed my long stay there a lot. I will always remember Sachin for this recommentation. The place is just superb and eager to visit again at the earliest. Sachin had earlier guided me to visit Meghalaya in North-East India and also at Uttarakhand. I had a wonderful time on the Valley Of Flowers Trek organised by Bayberry Adventures. The accomodation and planned activities were engaging and memorable. It is ideal to share a detailed list of extra expenses that can be incurred during the travel beforehand.
