View on Google MapsReally beautifully made with experiential character from the underwater world to the treetops. Could be a little bigger;-)
impressive what there is and how to see. Not to mention the really good "explainer bears" who are available here and there to inform. Very striking also the very good and child-friendly lectures
We really liked it, few visitors in the middle of the week. So we could look at the aquariums undisturbed. The tropical house was great.

The aquariums all seem very loveless, very dirty and not species-appropriate. There are hardly any retreats for the animals, hardly any plants in the pools. The furnishings in the terrariums consisted partly of 1€ stores. The animals often appeared restless or depressed. The visit made me really sad to have to watch it. I don't understand how you can't have a guilty conscience as an employee. The squid and the crocodile left me a bit stunned, how can you decorate the hangings so lovelessly. Somehow I was hoping to find a replica of the habitats. That was really a very sad experience, with the juicy entrance fees, I really expected something different. And so you want to show children what nature has to offer:(
A nice trip with my daughters. Great aquariums and a beautiful tropical rainforest. Bin wheelchair user, all top accessible and super sanitary facilities incl. changing area for toddlers. Highly recommended.
This is a small aquarium, and quiet. Great for kids. Interactive. Alot of it was indoors, so a great place to spend a rainy day. Alot of pretty fish and some other interesting critters and plants. There is a tiny cafe and a nice gift shop, also.
It was a great experience! Great design of the aquariums and terrariums☺️ The highlight were Marie the Cuba crocodile and Oskar the sea turtle.
I missed my appointment for reasons beyond my control and therefore asked for a cancellation. I then received a message that they would reply to me within three days and cancel my booking. I thought I would be refunded the entire amount, but unfortunately this was refused and I received nothing back. It's a disappointing experience that I hope none of you will have to get into.
The children had an unforgettable time discovering everything! The "sharks were too small" :) but apart from that ,it was great! Very interactive for the children. We are 2x through the circular slope.:) We were there for several hours.
Many shop windows and hands-on activities, effective presentations, interactive games, feeding and technical explanations in certain places make the visit an experience. In some places, however, the tour also seems cluttered, especially by vending machines (quengel boxes at children's eye level) with additional charges. A visit to the aquarium at the Landesmuseum Hannover is more relaxed and much cheaper, at least for families with young children.
