We learned a lot from her. Our west lake boat ride from ticketing to ride was a breeze. So fortunate to experience snowing on the lake 😊

Fantastic, Our tour was everything we expected and more. Our guide Carol was informative without being over the top, she explained things to us clearly and took us to a beautiful venue for lunch. The food was divine .Overall a terrific experience, especially as I booked it from New Zealand in advance and did not know what to expect.
Did a full day tour of Hangzhou, visited Lin Yin Temple, went to tea plantation and Bamboo forest. Our guide Zoe is very helpful and informative!
