Nancy was a fabulous guide. She showed us around Hangzhou, was very knowledgeable, accommodating and was very well spoken in English (and FUNNY). We will definitely be back, and hope we can tour with Nancy again!! Hangzhou was beautiful and so was the tea village. It was a perfect tour packed with activities.
I came to shanghai for business and some chinese friends recommended Hangzhou as the best destination for the weekend from Shanghai. It was first visit to Hangzhou but already love this city. We were picked up by my guide David at the exit of train station with a sign, he explained the history,current situation and future of hangzhou to me all the way. I visited most famous west lake by boat,very big temple,local tea village and one old street called Hefang street. I really enjoyed the lunch at local farmer's home,all the food were tasty. My guide has a great sense of humor,very professional, fluent English. It felt like a friend was showing us around the city.I will definitely recommend China private tour and David to our friends. My husband and I are both experience travelers, so when a coworker recommend China Private Tour for a private Hangzhou tour, we were a bit unsure whether it was something we wanted to do. But, considerting the short amount of time we had in the city, we flet this was the bet option. And I'm so glad we did! We booked the Skip line-Private hangzhou Tour with lunch. Nancy was our guide and she speaks excelletn English. The entire time we spent with her felt very relaxed and in a way it seemed more like traveling with an friend than a tour guide.
This was the experience of a lifetime and on my bucket list. I enjoyed it more than i thought I would. It was cold the morning we went in early March. but warmed up during our tour. Hangzhou is a beautiful city and it has a number of beautiful gardens to visit. We visited the westlake, lingyin Temple, tea plantation and village, a food street...the tea plantation and village were my favorite surprise during my whole day. Nancy, our tour guide was great, considerate and really knew what she was talking about, she shared the history and culture of this city and sights. This is tour is perfect that covers all the places we wanted to see. Nancy used her own way to help us buy the entrance tickets to skip the long line.The lunch arranged at the farmer's house was SUPER! We all had an amazing time with Nancy. Highly recommend!

This tour was well planned and comfortable way to visit all the highlights in Hangzhou in such a short day.Our guide David reserved the boat for us in advance and brought the entrance tickets for other places in his own way to skip the lines saving us a lot of time!!!
