I really enjoyed the places I visited in Hanghzou. It was Great! The Guide had good knowledge of the history of the sites, could speak good English and was very helpfull. I felt the price of the tour a bit high.
It’s no wonder why Hangzhou is so popular with Chinese tourists. It’s gorgeous! I only had one day to explore so chose Sunny Tours to take me around. They were really great! Sarah and Eric were really flexible with my time and what I wanted to do. They even helped me book the West Lake water show. Very professional and drove around in a new Tesla in AC (it was so hot and humid today). I would recommend!

Our tour guide, Ms Florence, was friendly and well prepared. She was knowledgeable and was able to clearly explain the histories and origins of the places we visited. The guide and driver were both flexible in accommodating our preferences/requests. Overall, it's a pleasant and enjoyable tour. 🙂

Our day's travels took us to the city of Hangzhou. My family and I had a great time. Sunny was very knowledgeable and shared a wealth of information with us about the history of the city and legends associated with well-known locations. We purchased a kitchen knife set and wanted to return it to the seller. The natural scenery and contrast between the old historical city and the modern world around the west lake were amazing.She was a huge help in contacting the store and following up on the matter until we received the reimbursement. I owe Sunny a debt of gratitude that will surely lead me back to China.
Sunny was warm and friendly and it was a great way to discover more about Hangzhou. We had a really good lunch in the tea plantations.
It was a great tour, short but very interesting, Sunny is very knowledgeable both the Temple and the Tea Field were good. The only down size was the traffic, it was terrible, we almost missed the Flight.
Great introduction to the city in the short time we had. this is the second time we used Sunny , she has been very communicative via email . Kiki was our guide ,she has been very helpful and flexible to adjust what we were interested to see. The stone carvings at the temple were gorgeous. Lunch at the tea plantation was wonderful. We also took the boat cruise along the lake; Kiki shared with us great stories and explain the history in detail. Our private van was very clean and driver was always ready when needed. Highly recommended !! We will definitely come back and book with SunnyTours again!!!
