Excellent information and insight into the area. A special shout out to their state of the art bike helmets with Sena wireless communications built in. We could hear her talking no matter how far away we were. We've never seen this tech before and that made following along so much easier. This would be invaluable in a large group, spread out over a long distance. You don't need to stop and talk in a group anymore... very cool!!
Wow, what a great experience. This was my first time riding an e-bike. I picked one during online registration. The staff suggested another choice for me. Right away, it was obvious they knew their inventory well, and had my best interest at heart. I had a wonderful ride on the Swamp Rabbit Trail. The bike was a great fit for me, and it performed perfectly. I would highly recommend them.

Great electric bike tour. Mostly shady. Get to see so many parks and paths via the Swamp Rabbit trail with a snack stop on the way.

Rented ebikes from Pedego for the full day to ride the Swamp Rabbit trail on a self-guided trip. It was such a fun day. The employees at Pedego were SO helpful. They walked us through all the important features of the bikes and then gave us great info on the trail. DEFINITELY spend the extra $10 to get helmets with microphones and speakers so you can talk to one another through your helmet on the ride. It is GENIUS and made the ride so much more fun. We arrived back earlier than the full day rate and they even adjusted the rate before we paid. What a wonderful business. Thanks for a great day of adventure in Greenville and TR!
Pedego at Hampton Station is a great place to rent bicycles. I’ve rented from them twice, bit times I rented electric bicycles. They make it pretty easy, they include water, helmets, bike locks, etc. pretty much everything you need to hit the bike trails. They are also great about giving advice on where to stop for fun in terms of restaurants, things to see. Easy to work with, they answer the phone and you can book online
The Pedego people were very knowledgeable about e-bikes. They explained throughly how to use it before I got on it. That put my mind at ease. What a wonderful experience I had. I will always rent from them when I’m back in Greenville. Great people👍🏻
I have enjoyed a number of bicycling events and trips organized by international organizations. The Swamp Rabbit Trail trip offered by Pedego Electric Bikes of Greenville was by far the best. Our leader shared information about the sites we saw. She told us of future developmental plans for the area. She continually monitored our safety. We learned much. And, the brunch in TR was delicious. What an amazing excursion!
We had such a great time on this bike tour. Our guide, Kelly, was incredibly informative and fun to ride with! The bikes were powerful and easy to ride, the trail amazing and the food at our last stop delicious. We went back two days later to rent bikes on our own which we thoroughly enjoyed. They helped us feel safe and comfortable every step of the way! We would highly recommend this tour!
