Great experience and very relaxing. Saaya was wonderful in explaining what she would do and made sure I was comfortable. My head and scalp had before and after pictures taken. You could see how clean the scalp was. Would recommend for anyone who enjoys being pampered.

Wow this was a fantastic time for me and my hair! Last time I was in Japan I had not heard of a hair spa, but this was incredible- they looked closely at my scalp then decided what treatment my hair and scalp needed then proceeded to give the best possible treatment with massages too, which were incredibly done, every knot in my shoulders up is gone. We used google translate but that worked well and the staff were lovely- hardest bit was finding the lift, to the left of the Rolex shop- oh and having the leave

Got my first ever head spa experience here and I would definitely recommend! Absolutely the best head massage and head spa I've ever had. I am from New York and have never experienced such wonderful treatment at a salon. From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly warm and accommodating. The staff were so friendly and the head spa experience was so relaxing. Recommend to visit!
