Create Your Own Pocket Knife in Miracle Kitchen Knife Factory

If I could give this tour more than a 5.0 rating, I would. We had a great time. I initially wanted to book a full knife making day for me and my son but he is under 18, so that wouldn’t work. It all turned out because we loved the pocket knife making. The tour of the Kiseki factory was fabulous - super interesting. We were treated so well, and everyone was very kind. We were given the little blades and put them together with the handle etc. In the end we came away with wonderful little pocket folding knives a few inches long. After that, we were taken for a fantastic lunch with fresh local food I wouldn’t have known to order. Then, we went to see so many knives and swords, my teen was in heaven. Our guides were warm and helpful. A true pleasure to spend a day with. I absolutely recommend!

It's was so interesting. Hiro, the tour operator was absolutely amazing. He's so kind, so patient. He guide us all the day at the Kiseki Cutellery. The staff at the factory was so kind, and explain very good. It's so unique to see this factory ! We came back at home with our hand made tiny Pocket Knife with a real Kiseki's Blade. It's a must to do if you're in Gifu ! And A must to do if you're in Japan before going to KappaBashi Street for buying like knife. And a MUST if you like Knife Japanese culture ! Thanks to Kiseki' s Team, Thanks to Hiro and Thanks to Hama Restaurant. The day was perfect !
