Madeira 4x4 Jeep Tour : Pico Arieiro & Santana Traditional Houses

We had a jeep trip with Warriors Adventure with Miguel as our driver, and what a fabulous time we had. Miguel was knowledgeable of the areas, we loved his passion for nature and the environment, and loved his chat. We went on the Santana trip which we would highly recommend, as it covers so many places.We did a short walk; stopped at stunning view points; had a coffee with cake; bit of off roading; all on an amazing island with so many inspiring views that we wouldn't have seen without Miguel. We were picked up and returned from our hotel which was so convenient.

Anyone looking for a memorable experience can fully rely on miguel. Beautiful landscapes, unique moments, all well explained with history of the same where we went. Miguel a person with his wisdom left us the most complete journey.

Well constructed, friendly, engaging, flexible and knowledgable and Miguel’s english is excellent. Weather was sometimes wild but made it extra exciting. thank you we loved the tour, if we had longer we would have booked the west tour too.

We did this 4x4 tour with Miguel on our recent trip to Madeira. It was an ideal way to see the beauty of the island as we didn't hire a car. Miguel was a super guide adding insight and interest to the day in a lovely relaxed (and humorous) way. Although we thoroughly enjoyed every stop along the way the highlight for us would have to be Pico Arieiro where the views are just stunning. We would highly recommend doing this tour to anyone who wants so see the beauty of Madeira as part of a small group. Thanks Miguel!

Fantastic nice trip with a good and safe driver. You feel comfortable in the car. We talk about everything and we learn a lot about Madeira. We highly recommended him for you to experience the island. The best driver we have had of all our trips both east and west side, on visiting Madeira for the 6. time. Fantastic 4x4 half day experience to Nuns Valley and Pico Do Arieiro. Views were stunning. Miguel was a great driver and very informative.

Another great day out with Miguel. The weather wasnt on our side but we still enjoyed our day hearing about the history of the area, and had plenty of laughs as Miguel tried to teach us a bit of Portuguese. Another year of constant instruction and I'll be fluent :-)) Our day ended on a high note with stunning views, sunshine and plenty of photographic opportunities at Miradouro da Ponta do Rosto, Sao Laurenco. I highly recommend a tour with Miguel. You wont regret it

Miguel from Warriors Adventure was an excellent guide, as he took us to Curral das Freiras and up to the top of Pico do Arieiro with its spectacular views. His knowledge of the history of the area was extensive and we'd certainly do another tour with him.
