Very dedicated tour, Elina our guide was an excellent host, had a lot of patience and was very committed. We enjoy each detail, and we thank that this tour could adapt to the weather and our group necessities.
Mazda was an absolutely wonderful tour guide! He was very enthusiastic throughout the tour and extremely knowledgeable about Mount Fuji. He was accommodating with our changes in itinerary and patient with us while we shopped at the Gotemba outlets. We would highly recommend him to other people for this tour and especially for families with young children.
Wonderful day of luxury vehicle touring from Tokyo to Mt Fuji. I’m so glad we booked this tour because it was a highlight. Our guide Ken was patient attentive kind and knowledgeable. We had a wonderful clear day to view Mt Fuji and take beautiful photos that will be cherished. We spent a long time at the outlets shopping which was to my request so we probably could have done more sightseeing but this was my preference (love to shop) I travelled alone with three kids 9,11,14 and we all felt safe, happy and engaged the whole day. Thank you to Ken and the wonderful driver who took care of us all day as if we were family ❤️
taiji was a good guide and speak English very well. His such a friendly driver and like to find good restaurant for us. I hope and meet him again.
The tour felt sureal! Taiji was able to change and shift our trip to Match how we wanted to experience japan. He was calm, collected, informed, and very very nice the entire tour. It never felt like we were rushing through the tour or just going to tourists trap spots, going on a tour with him felt like meeting a family member or friend who knew the area and was just excited to show you around which made the experience all the better. Overall the experience with him was one of the best I've ever had!

Nous avons appris énormément de choses sur le Japon grace à elle. Elle a su parler à des ado de 12 à 17 ans pour rendre la journée incroyable pour tous !
