4h Cooking Class in Florianopolis: 8 Recipes & Bottomless Drinks

This was one of the best cooking experiences we have ever had. Chef Alessandro was so welcoming, warm, funny, and a great chef. We made iconic Brazilian dishes together and had quite the feast. I would absolutely recommend this experience!

We made the best Moqueca de Peixe, it was delicious, along with Cassava chips, Pão de Queijo, and Brigadeiro sweets. The Caipirinhas helped and so did the Cachaça shots!

Unbelievable time with Alessandro! Easily exceeded our expectations. He was so kind and fun. Because we don’t speak Portuguese it was so helpful that he is fluent in English, and we understand he is fluent in Spanish, too. He welcomed us into his home, taught us numerous things we will apply in the kitchen, and was just generally great to spend a day with, as was NJ his sweet dog. Highly recommend for couples or groups!
