I just used this service today, and it's great if you want to get there and explore by yourself. Anibal (the person I got) picked us up at exactly 8 a.m. and was amazing at his job. He is not there to hurry you and even asks if you want to get breakfast before going. Once there, he walked us in. He waits for you to return, whenever that is. On the way back, he also asked if you would like to stop to get something to eat, and he recommended a place with a beautiful view of the lake. Amazing work!

Elmer was a great guide! He has broad knowledge about Mayan archeology and history, showed us all aspects of the magnificence of Tikal. He’s also knowledgeable about the jungle, showed us unique animals and plants there. He made our trip much better than expectations!

Driver was excellent - really friendly, good English and so accommodating - completely flexible on timing and gave as much time as we wanted at Tikal with zero pressure. Arrived well before our departure time and was waiting in the cafe area for us waiting to take us back whenever we wanted. He even helped fast-track us through the entrance bypassing a big tour group. If you're just looking for a transfer and don't want a guide (like us) for the ruins, then i'd highly recommend using this service. Decent price and its a private transfer so you can go and leave when you want with no hanging around. A shared transfer may be slightly cheaper - not by much though i don't reckon - and its defo worth it.

Friendly, knowledgeable, and timely driver. My family and I went from Flores to Tikal starting at 5 am. The van was in excellent condition with great AC.
