View on Google MapsI think it’s important to have some perspective on each new city one visits so that you can start to understand the lifestyle, culture and appreciate its history and people. This tour did just that. It was a great way to get to know the city and its main landmarks and its history all the way to modern times. We got a lot of wonderful tips and not only learned about its renaissance history but got insight into its modern history as well.
Aldo was an excellent guide. He was very knowledgeable and gave a very informative tour. It was a great intro to Florence for our first night in town. We were able to get a strong list of the places we wanted to spend more time at. I highly recommend.
Livia was wonderful! Extremely pleasant and knowledgeable! Our favorite stop was the wine bar called Enoteca Alessi. But all the food/wine stops were fabulous! This tour is a must do for Florence. We did it our last night in Florence, but Iwould recommend doing it earlier in your visit:

We thoroughly enjoyed our walking tour with Fabrizio! He was extremely knowledgeable and did a great job explaining the history of Florence along with the architecture through the various historical times. From the churches to the market he was informative and entertaining!
