View on Google MapsIt y was an awesome experience, our sommelier was extremely knowledgeable and entertaining, we are definitely coming back with friends.
The place is magnificent and the attention and Service really was VIP! We were able to tour all the facilities and know the history of the place; the wine is excellent definitely have to taste the 5 varieties of wine; especially CAPTIVE was my favorite; we chose this place to spend our anniversary and it was definitely a success, in short I think it is unmissable in the valley of Guadalupe.
This is a must when you visit valle. The tour is very private and educational. The wine paired perfectly with the gourmet tray. The staff is friendly and the winery is top notch.

The host and the wines were excellent. We ended up purchasing some of the wine to take back home to the USA.
Gorgeous vineyard with delicious wines and pairings. Definitely need to try the other experiences when we revisit.
My partner and I wanted to get away and visit Valle de Guadalupe for the day to enjoy a peaceful time away from all the chaos going on in the world. We looked for a few places and found Rondo to be highly recommended on TripAdvisor. Without a doubt best decision ever. We were greeted and taken care of by Romina. She is a wine expert and has a great sense of presenting the winery with passion and dedication. We were also treated to the VIP area where she explained the process of their winemaking. Their wines are blends of merlot, cab, Malbec and we even tasted a special reserve blend not for sale. Not to mention, the music was great - house/indi/with a bit of electronic. Very chill vibe! I’m definitely coming back and highly recommend this winery. Muchas gracias Romina!! :)
We had the opportunity to try all its labels, white, pink, and its fabulous reds; cross-dressing, captive and dweller. We went down to the underground cava (it's amazing by the way) and passed through the fermentation tanks. We tasted the wines with the cheese boards, they explained their process of making them from the grape fish to the bottle of the wine. The story behind each label is sublime. Well, they say wine is sensations. Then we went out to the terrace, took Captive, because as the name suggests, we were captivated with its Cabernet sauvignon-merlot charm. We went around the winery and arrived at "Lavender Airs" a beautiful project of Olivia, beautiful landscapes full of lavender, with which they make natural products, so, in addition to wine, we brought hand cream that smells delicious. By the way, all members of the winery 100% regarding sanitizer measures. I hope to return soon to taste the wines of this exceptional vintage.
The VIP experience is a unique tour! I recommend it to go with friends and learn more about wines.
