View on Google MapsOur group left Drake Bay early New Year’s Day and had a great moment when the boat captain saw a Humpback whale - slowed to allow us a better look when it breached. Amazing! Then at the park we had a great tour by Donny who easily helped both English and Spanish speakers learn history and see the diverse wildlife! This park is worth the work to get there and the lunch provided was delicious. I loved the lentils with rice, and acorn squash. Don’t miss it!
Guide Keller did a great job and had alot of knowledge about the environment, plants and wildlife. We had a great day!
Cette excursion était magnifique tant pour ces paysages que pour sa faune. Le guide était très compétent et professionnel. Il a parfaitement su nous faire découvrir le parc national Corcovado. Attention, la chaleur était intense. Équipez vous en conséquence.

einen Tag vor der Tour wurden wir kontaktiert und gefragt ob wir nicht zur Sirena Station wollen würden (obwohl wir San Pedrillo) gebucht hatten. Der Guide von Gitana Tours meinte, dass diese besser sei. Wir freuten uns auf eine WANDERUNG mit Tierbeobachtung, die wie beschrieben 5-6 h dauern sollte. Leider mussten wir als wir ankamen mal eine Stunde Schlange stehen um uns beim Eingang zu registrieren und gingen dann schließlich 4h nur im Kreis und das seeehr langsam. Man konnte zwar einige Tiere sehen, wobei unser Guide nicht so viel redete und kaum was zu den Tieren erzählte. Also wenn man nur Tiere sehen will in einem Umkreis von vielleicht 1 km wobei man die meiste Zeit steht, ist das das Richtige. Uns hat es nicht gefallen, da wir kaum was vom Wald gesehen haben und eigentlich eine Wanderung erwarteten. Als wir von der Station, wo es schließlich Mittagessen gab zum Startpunkt wieder gingen (in einem durch) dauerte das immerhin 30 min.
Over het algemeen was de tour prima. De gids was helaas niet al te sympathiek. Het eerste uur van de tour bij ongeveer elke boom gestopt om hier iets over te horen en alleen een spin gezien. Gelukkig tegen het einde wel nog wat dieren gezien! De waterval waar je in kan zwemmen is niet echt een waterval te noemen. De tour is te duur voor je wat ervoor krijgt, misschien hadden wij net pech maar dit was onze ervaring.
Splendida passeggiata (molto impegnativa) accompagnati della guida Manfred che ci ha descritto la foresta primaria e secondaria. Abbiamo avuto la possibilità di vedere scimmie arana, un piccolo agouti, e tante specie di uccelli. Tutto molto interessante
Départ ponctuel à 6h du matin,après 50 mn de bateau arrivée dans le parc, fouille des sacs comme dans le autres parcs. Ballade avec notre guide avec observation des singes hurleurs, papillons,coatis.une pause déjeuner ,brunch inexistant à 10h . Sans assiette ni verre, pensez à prendre vos gobelets. Nous sommes répartis ensuite ,tapir et singes araignées.fin de la balade à 12h30 pour reprendre la bateau à 13h15 environ
Wonderful wildlife and nature. We saw everything: monkeys, tapirs, snakes,... Also had a very nice guide called Gustavo.
Arrived by boat at the park we went through the rainforest for about 4h. There are good paths in it, but closed footwear is highly recommended. Our guide was great and explained a lot.
