View on Google MapsThank you, Nigel, for a most wonderful four days! We loved Cornwall and Dartmoor and you were fantastic. — We highly recommend Nigel for any type of tour you might want to in this part of England! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ H & G 🚗
We knew within minutes this tour was going to be fun! Nigel arrived with a spotlessly clean van and proceeded to regale us with, wit, humor, song and a masterful history of the Devon region and the Cornish people. He seamlessly incorporated our ideas into a tour that was far beyond anything we could have accomplished on our own. Nigel’s driving skills, attention to our safety, comfort and fun was absolutely first class. Especially his navigation of the narrow roads of the Cornish coast. I cannot say enough good things about our four day excursion with Devon & Moor. A special thanks to Nigel’s wife who let him help us on their wedding anniversary day! Don’t miss a chance to spend some time with Nigel. A true professional.

Nigel was incredible! He brought Cornwall to life through song, story, and a well planned itinerary. I absolutely would not have had the richness of experience had he not been there to share it with us. His vehicle is comfortable and first-rate and he was a delight to spend 3 days with exploring Cornwall. Highly recommend! Can’t imagine visiting it without him.
Nigel was fun and funny! He found out what we wanted to do on our tour and made it happen. We went to Port Isaac and really enjoyed where fisherman’s Friends and Doc Martin were filmed as well as Poldark. He showed us fascinating history and highlighted Cornwall life with music written by Cornish men . We ate Cornish Pasties and enjoyed good coffee. He gave us great tips on places to eat and explore. We really had a great tour! We would definitely book him again as a guide!
Our tour with Nigel was the best part of our trip to the UK. From our input of what we wanted to see, he organized and prepared for two packed days of site seeing. Each site along the way he shared his stories and detailed historical knowledge of the area. On the first day he met us at the train station and we went to Boscastle, Tintagel, Port Isaac, Bedruthan Steps in North Cornwall dropping us at our hotel in Plymouth. The second day we toured Plymouth, various locations in Dartmoor National Park before leaving us at our hotel in Exeter. With Nigel you get to see and learn so much. We highly recommend Nigel as a guide and would definitely book with him again. Thanks Nigel!! Ken and Uma
Very lively harbor. Authentic fishing harbor with fishing boats, exquisite fish restaurant Rockfish. Tip: buy fish and chips at the counter and then eat them sitting on the quay wall and watching the hustle and bustle.
A wonderful morning's walk around Brixham with Nigel. His knowledge of and enthusiasm for the area was outstanding. I learned so much about an area I'd stayed in more than once and some English history as well. Thoroughly recommend the tour
We had a brilliant easy walking tour around Brixham with Nigel. Super informative and enjoyable, we got to see wonderful views of the whole harbour and learnt about Brixham’s history we would never have known about. Can’t recommend enough :)
We were very lucky to have our guide, Nigel, to ourselves for the afternoon tour. After a short briefing of how the tour was going to be conducted we set off through the streets of Brixham. Nigel highlighted particular areas of interest and used historical photographs to support his information.. As a local resident Nigel was able to add a personal touch to the tour and he is constantly researching extra points of interest to enhance the walking experience. We chose to walk the inner harbour and the battery and as well as the history of the port of Brixham we learnt about the community, the fishing industry and the local infrastructure. All factors that make Brixham so unique and “real”,a word used by several people we met. We had a great afternoon, very informative and it was a good plan to do this tour at the beginning of our stay in Brixham, we had a better understanding of the area and Nigel recommended other places we may like to see while we were there. I would definitely recommend this trip and if we return we would certainly consider a driving tour of the moors too.
