View on Google MapsGreat overall experience! Would absolutely recommend to anyone who wants to experience a hike that won’t take up your entire day
The pace was reasonable. We learned a lot about the area and nature. Our guide was very knowledgeable and very personable.
It was great. The guide was super friendly and the views were spectacular. I would 100% recommend this to someone.
From sign up to completion, it was a great experience. Our guide, Rach, was excellent, with a lot of knowledge about the forest. The trail had a few challenges but overall was pretty easy -- "moderate" would be a good rating. I enjoyed the panoramic view.

Knowledgeable and very pleasant guide who understands the limitations of her patrons. She was accomodating and took time to point out interesting plants, birds, and vistas. The walk was @ 3km with 1000 feet of climbing which was just right for me and my wife.
Mickey and Andrew were the warmest and knowledgeable tour guides. My partner and I enjoyed the history, fun facts and the stories shared by both our guides. Also they give excellent food recommendations and take fantastic pictures!!
Moderate exertion d/t altitude but Mickey was super protective of us, stopped and rested just enough, she had snacks and stories of the area!! Would definitively recommend this lady-owned hiking company!!
Such an amazing hiking trip! Our guide, Andrew, was knowledgeable, funny and outgoing. The hike was mildly challenging and great for all levels of hikers. It was such an incredible view at the top! Well worth it!
Great experience- exactly what I was looking for. The tour guide was very knowledgable about the area and was skillful to tailor the trip to the overall experience of the group. It was nice having a the trip pre organized and just having to show up!
I did the full day/ 8 hour hiking excursion, and it was amazing! Brea was our guide and was very knowledgeable, well-prepared, and paced the hike at a rate that all of us were able to complete it. Colorado hiking company is a local woman-owned business so that is another perk. I was in Denver for a work trip. I arrived on a Wednesday night from the Great Lakes and did the hike on Saturday. I did ok from an altitude standpoint but definitely could feel the altitude and would probably not want to do the hike without at least 48 hours in Denver. I live in a flat place at sea level and do a lot of casual hiking here on the order of 10-15 mi/1000 vertical ft about 2 times per week. The hike was challenging, and I was more short of breath due to the altitude, so I would not recommend this hike to anyone who isn't physically active. For me with 1 extra day in Denver, this trip was perfect. The hike was amazing. I was safe because I was in a group with a skilled guide. Plus the hike was already picked out so did not have to worry about transportation, parking, trail conditions, or selecting a trail in a strange city. I would highly recommend packing a full lunch and layers (was visiting in August). It took us a total of about 8 hours as advertised.
