They didn't show up at my hotel! So the reseptionist booked another transport for us so we got to the airport. We also had to pay for this.

Never turned up, had to organise alternative transport. Avoid at all costs ! Had to claim refund that took 3 weeks.
We booked a private transfer from Antalya airport to Alanya on 11th September at 11:50pm, Our flight was delayed by 2.5 hours so we messaged tour operator who replied back to say " no problem, the driver will be waiting at the meeting area " We landed and made our way to arranged meeting area where loads of other private transfer drivers were waiting but not one was for ourselves. we messaged and no reply, we then messaged viator who tried phoning on our behalf but no answer, by this time ( nearly 1 hour after ) we were left with no option but to organise other transport to our hotel 2 hours away. The morning after we received an angry response from Get4S stating their driver was waiting with a sign clearly showing our name, This was definateley not the case. The driver was not there and never arrived. Viator argued that they cannot give a refund of £76 as Get4s stated they was waiting. Managed to get a refund through my bank as paid on Visa debit. Avoid at all costs, Shocking customer service and lying on replies.
Avoid at all costs. Booked a transfer, nobody turned up. You cannot contact anyone. Still waiting on a completed response and a refund. Never again
Booked the transfer & paid. However the transfer car did not turn up on the day and informed me that no car is available for the day after 15 mins of the pick up time. I was offered an alternative but expensive transfer car. Because it was already late for my flight I had to arrange my own transport to the airport. Nearly missed my flight. I am hoping Viator will refund my money.
Extremely bad, booked last night got confirmation via email , and today my flight from airport and cab didn’t arrive, tried to contact tour operator no one responded, called on number found out tour operators dont have your reservation and thry cannot provide any alternative. Paid extra for travel for last minute. Very disappointing

Excellent service. Driver arrived on time and was professional, respectful and extremely helpful. The journey was smooth and the vehicle used to pick us up was very very luxurious and was definitely worth the price. Big thanks to the driver
