View on Google MapsOur group had the pleasure of doing a tour with Ivan the magnificent. We did swimming with the turtles then a visit to the cenote. I was a bit nervous as we have a pretty diverse group in age range..two young children (3&6) and adults (20’s & 40’s). He was so great with us all. Very patient with the kids and very interactive with everyone. The travel time was a perfect blend of answering our general questions about the area and fun banter. He fostered an amazing vibe and we all had a great day. No complaints!! We will definitely use Ivan in the future when we return to Mexico.
Was a wonderful experience and this personal tour was literally just the two of us and the guide. They were very nice and accommodating.
Super amazing and fun experience! Swimming with the turtles and sting rays and fish and then the cenote was one of the most beautiful coolest things we have ever seen! Our guide Ivan was also amazing he was so nice and so fun to talk to and get to know and he went above and bound to make sure we had the best day and he let us take our time and enjoy things and nothing was rushed we will definitely have to book another tour when we are back in Mexico! I highly recommend!

Manny was a great guide! Highly recommend. The Cenotes were fun and the water was so refreshing
Manny was our guide, and he was so wonderful from start to finish! He was professional, friendly, and conscientious. We took our kids ages 10, 7, and 4 to Akumal Bay for snorkeling with sea turtles and to an unground cenote. It was the kids' first time snorkeling, and they all struggled at times, but Manny was so patient. Our youngest was over it about half way through, and Manny volunteered to take her back to shore and sit with her so we could continue, which was amazing! This tour is a great option with young kids, Manny had no problem making extra bathroom stops and a 7-11 stop for snacks. The cenote was stunning, and the highlight of the trip. 10/10 recommended this, our kids enjoyed it way more than the sea turtles. The best part-Manny served as our photographer the whole time, and sent me over 120 photos (both posed and candid). It's wonderful to have so many great pics, but also to not have to worry about taking the photos and just enjoying the experience. Can't recommended Manny and Tours with Mike enough, especially with younger kids! The flexibility was a lifesaver!
Manny was great!! Some of our little ones had not swam in Salt water before and had a hard time. Manny was very accommodating and great with the kids. He took fantastic pictures for us when we were in the water together.
Manny was an absolutely fantastic guide! We were the first people at the turtle area and had the cenote to ourselves! Fantastic service, highly recommend for a more personal tour
Daniel and Dennis were incredible tour guides. They were so pleasant, informative and friendly. They constantly had every need met, looked out for our children, and ensured we were safe and happy. I highly recommend the turtle and cenote tour and hopefully you are as lucky as we were to experience it with Daniel and Dennis.
We had an incredible experience, with Jessica as our guide. She was punctual, jovial and very kind. I had done a tour of the Coba ruins and a cenote tour before, so I assumed the same. However our tour started early and the Tulum runis are remarkable in every possible sense. We also had my mom with us and Jessica made sure we paced ourselves such that she could keep up and enjoy the tour. Jessica knew so much about the history of Mayan civilization but also about world history and drew parallels and contrasts. After the Tulum runis we went to Akumal for a swim with the turtles - once in a lifetime experience. What made it even more special for me is that I don't know how to swim and get claustrophobic easily, but Jessica along with Armando kept nudging me, and encouraging me - without ever making me feel pressured. They brought a Buoy that allowed me to stay afloat. The last official stop was a cenote which was just incredible! Again Jessica encouraged me to try the waters and got a Buoy there as well and loaned me her scuba mask.. Finally, we stopped at the a street taco stop for very tasty tacos to wind up the day. Jessica was also our official photographer and she took amazing photos that she promptly shared with us.. The tour is an amazing experience, and if you can get Jessica as your tour guide - you will have an amazingly caring, capable and kind guide to make the experience even better!
Was absolutely amazing! Ivan was very informative, seemed to know all of the locals, and made sure we were taken care of with anything needed. We did an half day and it was perfect for what we wanted. Picked us up from the hotel in a nice clean van and drove us to Akumal. Then swam with turtles for over an hour. Then went to an cenote was about an hour. Even had some not great swimmers in the group and we were taken care of. Saw many turtles, sting rays, and other fish. The cenote was stunning. Like a different world underneath the water. All had snorkeled before and this was something brand new to see. Everywhere we went wasn’t too busy at all so it didn’t feel like we were on top of other groups. Ivan tailored the tours to us and made the drive very enjoyable. I couldn’t recommend him, the company, or the excursion enough .
