Tour of Long Tan with our excellent guide, Dingo Chien. Dingo was very knowledgeable about the history of the area and the Battle at Long Tan involving Australian Soldiers. Highly recommend booking a tour with Dingo
We had a fabulous time with Hillbilly Jack. Very knowledgeable. Gave us great narration on the two hour drive to Ho Chi Minh City. Very accommodating to our requests. Took great photos for our group. Lots to see and do. The included lunch was delicious. Duc the driver was also amazing. In a place where the traffic is next level, he drove us around all day and we felt safe.
Hillbilly Jack was our tour guide and he was excellent. He kept us well informed about pickup times etc. He gave us great information about all aspects of Vietnam. Fully personalised tour taking in all of the main sights and lovely lunch included. Very comfortable A/C van. I would highly recommend this tour. I organized tours in several vehicles with guides to Saigon from our cruise ship. The price of the tours was very reasonable, and the lunch was very good. The quality of the guides varied, and the itineraries were modified differently in each of the tours (based on differing guide suggestions) with places like Chinatown skipped without discussing it with us. Saigon (HCMC) is not a very interesting place (not the fault of the tour operator) and is typical of a communist country (trashy, rundown, and full of propaganda). It did not leave us with a good impression of Vietnam.
Jasmine went above and beyond for us and ensured we saw everything we wanted and more. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to learn more about the Vietnamese culture and history.
Lan was very knowledgeable and obviously loved her city. She took us to the main attractions and gave us an excellent overview of the agriculturalc history of the Vietnamese. She was open to making changes in the itinerary when requested. The War remnants museum was particularly enlightening.
Everything was good, the drive was long because of the port but the driver was very good and the car was comfortable. We saw nice parts of the city with good information about everything.
Long was extremely knowledgable and answered all of our questions. He was very kind and even arranged to change time of our lunch. I would highly recommend him if you ever have a chance to visit Vietnam.
Long was a wonderful guide for this well designed trip. Comfortable transportation. Long was well informed and made our excursion a trip to remember. His English is excellent.
