View on Google MapsIs a really good weekend time-spending with friends. I've never known Aachen has such a rich history. Anyways, the guide was really good and answered to all the questions we had (even the stupid ones). Was fun to find little gems in the usual streets. Definetily worth it. Quick advice: if you go in winter, really dress warm or take some tea with you cause Aachen weather is not for the weak. Overall, loved it.
I really enjoyed the tour in Aachen. Came with a few friends, and actually learned a bunch of new and insightful things about the city. We got lucky and went on Karlfest day, which made it extra fun. There was a marching band and we got to see alot more of the Rathaus. Eventhough we went on a "festival" day, it wasn't too crowded. The tour guide was great too, really knew his stuff and answered all our questions without any problem. He managed to keep everything interesting in the alocated time. Overall, it was a great experience and I'd totally recommend it if you want a fun and informative way to explore the city in a day.

Aachen isn't one of Germany's top tourist destinations, but its proximity to Cologne motivated us to visit it. The city surprised us with its beautiful cathedral, charming streets, and rich history. Our guide, Axel, showed us the city from his perspective as both a student and a local. The trip to Aachen was definitely well worth it.
My partner and I booked a walking tour around Aachen Central and we thoroughly enjoyed it. Our guide had a deep knowledge and a good understanding of the town, which made our experience informative and yet fun. For the price of 25$ per person you do learn about all the highlights that this imperial place has to offer. The guide took good care of the group and elevated our tour impression. He showed us the good hidden gems of each sight, answered every question we had and provided additional pictures of buildings through the years. Overall, we highly recommend booking this tour with our guide if you want to as much as you can learn about Aachen in 2 hours!
