View on Google MapsOur tour guide Corina shared a lot of information about Moldova, it's history, life as a Moldovan in the rural areas, and the city. Our tour experience was top-notch. Highly recommend.
If you’re staying in Chisinau, do yourself a favor and take this tour to see what’s outside of the city. Eleonora was an amazing guide. She shared her knowledge of the area as a conversation, instead of just listing off information from a script. It felt like spending an afternoon with a friend.
Amazing experience! All was fine and all was perfect planned. The guide miss Ecaterina simply the best ! She drive carefully, she explained all very detailed and she is a good and caring woman. Thank you

The tour guide Eleonora was fantastic. She was very informative, answered all the questions we had and was also fun which is always a massive positive when going on a half day tour. Highly reccomended.
Vasilij was a great driver and guide. We visited many beautiful places, communication has been done via Whatsapp, everything was great.
We were a family group of four. We were picked up promptly at 10am at my daughter's flat in the outskirts of Chisinau and were dropped back in the centre of town about 3pm so we could continue sightseeing there. The driver was excellent and he drove us in a large, very comfortable and well maintained car. Our guide for the day was Eleonora and she told us all about the history, economy and culture of the villages we passed through on the way to Old Orhei. Once there she showed us around a traditional house and farm, and took us up to the two monasteries. She was kind, easy-going and an excellent guide. We especially enjoyed being able to ask loads of questions about life for ordinary people in Moldova. The highlight of the tour for me was emerging out of the Church cut into the cliffs on to the ledge and hearing all the frogs croaking in the river down below! The village was far more rural than we expected, though there were good toilet facilities there! One regret is we wish we had taken a snack with us, as we were very hungry by the time we got back to Chisinau! There are traditional places to stay there and I would love to go back and visit one time!
I was booked onto the 2pm tour but had to take the morning tour due to a shortage of drivers on Easter Sunday. I was sat outside the hostel at 10.00am and Chorina explained the situation, I am very spontaneous so I didn't mind going early and I shared the tour with a lady. I prefer group tours anyway so again I accepted. Chorina gave us lots of information about the local area in Orheiul. We visited a farm with the animals and did a very short hike into a limestone cave. Chorina gave us the choice of where to be dropped off and gave me advice on where to get the best exchange rate for my lei I needed to convert back for my flight home on Easter Monday. She taught us some of the lingo in Moldova and translated for us. She went above and beyond for us and would recommend this company.
I would really recommend going on this tour especially if you are only going to be in Chisinau for a short time as a chance to see the countryside. The church and monastery are interesting to visit but the landscape in itself is worth seeing too. I have no words for my amazing guide Nicolai who is clearly passionate about his work and his country. He gave me such a great insight into the area (and Moldova in general) and helped me explore a lot of interesting places I would have never visited otherwise. Everything was easy to arrange. I'm sure if you have any preferences about where you want to go, the guides will be happy to accommodate you. I found it difficult to choose a tour to begin with as the options are limited but in practice everyone I met working in tourism in Moldova was very welcoming and helpful. So it is really worthwhile to arrange some day trips/tours.
The tour was very interesting the guide definitely knows lots about the local culture and the small gimmicks about the places. We took our tour in romanian although we were quite familiar with the culture he adaptated and made a interesting tour for us with things that we didn’t know about the places
This was a very interesting tour with lots to see and do. Nicolai was such a good guide for us. He had lots of really interesting views and was very knowledgeable on the area in general. We had the best day with a visit to a beautiful farm and monastery with some fantastic food. Would highly recommend.
