Our experience with Ji was was great. Everything was prepared ahead of time for us including tickets/admission fee and the ride. His communication with me was perfect, having received a message straight after I booked and was able to accomodate multiple hotels for my parents. The ride was smooth for the 5 of us and the tour itself was great - we could tell that he was knowledgable and knew where to take us. It didnt go for too long or too short and we were able to catch Hua Hua early as the first stop to avoid the big crowds as he suggested.

Ji, our guide, was excellent. He picked us up at our hotel on time. His English was excellent. He took care of us getting into the park. The trip was very enjoyable. We saw a lot of Pandas. Worth the time. A lot of walking.

Liu Ji was knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating. He made sure me and my mom was comfortable from the time we arrived to the end.

I had a great experience with Ji, the pickup was smooth and Ji was patient to allow me to grab the passport I forgot. It was refreshing to have a knowledgeable local sharing information - not just limited to pandas, but all things Chengdu and Sichuan. We did private guided tours in Chengdu, including a visit to the Panda base. Our guide Mr. Gi did a professional job, his good English helped us not only enjoy the tours, but also learn a lot about China. I would recommend him to any visitors of Chengdu.
