This was a bucket list item for us, and my wife’s first time in a helicopter. She was super nervous, but the pilot was very nice and did a great job making sure she was comfortable throughout the flight. The views were also great and we hope to come back this fall to see the autumn colors.
These people called us on Tues to cancel a trip on Thurs after we had booked weeks earlier. They said on the phone they wanted to make a trip to KY. Yet later they posted it was because they needed to inspect the helicopter. LIES. Pick another company. If these people will lie through their teeth, then perhaps it WAS God's work that we didn't fly with unethical people! I noticed in other reviews that this was done before. They spoiled the girl's surprise, I can not say anything nice about their ethics or integrity or the fact that they lie. Choose another company!!!!!!

James was the pilot for My husband and I on our lookout mountain trip. This is one of THE coolest experiences I have had and I’m so surprised it’s in Chattanooga! I felt extremely safe, which was nice because I was extremely nervous lol. James gave us a whole briefing on the places we flew over and everything and I legitimately couldn’t have had a better experience. We drove all the way from Birmingham AL and I’d 100% would do it again. Thank you Elite Helicopter and special thanks to James! Would give 5 stars if I could and recommending to ALL my family and friends ⭐️🚁
Really fun! Super beautiful over lookout mountains . Friendly pilot & tour guide. He waited with us in the empty parking lot until the uber arrived, so sweet. We deducted one star since we didn’t get our full 25 min in the air , it was 20 min exactly from lift off to touch down. But still fun & so worth it . Highly recommend !

Such a fun experience!!! Both my husband and I loved it. I didn't really know what to expect. Was prepared for a bumpy ride but it was wonderfully smooth.
What a wonderful experience! My wife and experienced nothing but professional kindness while working with the scheduling team, the on site ground support, and with Hunter - our pilot. The helicopter appeared to be new. It was clean and comfortable. We recommend their services and experiences to everyone with a bit of wild hair that wants to fly in a helicopter!
